Clarity before confidence

Faith should earn your trust.

Here is how Faith separates Scripture from AI-assisted reflection, treats private information, keeps account control in your hands and steps aside when human or urgent support matters more.

Scripture integrity

Verified Bible text is never generated.

Faith uses the public-domain World English Bible. The complete 66-book text comes from Faith’s checked Scripture library rather than being written or paraphrased by the AI service.

Source

World English Bible

Quoted passages carry references and attribution so you can read them in their chapter and recognise where Scripture ends.

Separation

Labels protect meaning.

Bible text, context, connections, Christian perspective, reflection questions and your own response appear as distinct sections.

Reading

Reading does not use a reflection.

The Bible reader serves Scripture directly and does not use any of your allowance. You can always move beyond a recommended passage into the chapter itself.

AI transparency

AI assists the reflection. It is not the authority.

When you request a reflection, the words you submit are securely sent to Faith’s AI provider for that request. Faith then checks the structure of the response, restores verified Scripture from its checked Bible text and accepts worship songs only from its human-curated catalogue.

What may be AI-assisted

  • The summary of themes in your words
  • Passage context, connection and selection rationale
  • A broadly Christian synthesis
  • Three questions for your own reflection

What is not AI-authored

  • The quoted World English Bible text
  • The canonical song title and artist metadata
  • Your private Journey response
  • Your own decisions, beliefs or discernment
Faith does not speak for God. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Compare any reflection with Scripture, use your own discernment and speak with trusted human support when it matters.

Privacy by design

Personal reflections deserve careful boundaries.

Faith treats reflection text and Journey responses as sensitive personal information. Read the Privacy Policy for information about processing, storage, retention and your choices.

Reflection text requires careful handling.

Faith sends submitted reflection text to OpenAI with your consent. Share the screen and steps with support, and leave out your private reflection words.

Your response stays on that device.

An optional private Journey response is not sent to the AI service. In this release, it stays in that browser on that device and does not follow your account elsewhere.

Payment stays with Stripe.

Stripe-hosted pages collect card details. Faith does not receive or store your raw card number or card security code.

Your information

Review and manage your information.

Faith’s Profile brings verified account, session and preference controls together. Use Profile to export locally saved Journey data. Contact support for remote account access, correction, export or deletion requests.

Faith information and data controls
Journey entriesOpen, review and update a saved reflection in the same browser on the same device. Delete an individual entry after confirmation. Clearing Faith’s browser data may also remove saved entries.
Profile choicesUpdate your display name, language and Scripture familiarity from Profile. Your email address remains the sign-in identity for the account.

Account security

A code to sign in. One active session.

Faith uses a time-limited email code rather than a reusable password. The newest verified sign-in becomes the one active account session.

Email verification

Request a one-time code using your account email and enter it exactly as received. Never share that code with support or anyone else.

Session transfer

You may bookmark or install Faith on multiple devices. Signing in elsewhere transfers the active session and signs out the earlier one.

Session control

A new verified sign-in revokes the previous active session. You can also end the current session by signing out from Profile.

Human help matters

Faith knows when it should step aside.

Faith is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a church, pastor, counsellor, doctor, lawyer, crisis line or emergency service.

Pastoral and spiritual care

For personal doctrine, discernment, grief, conflict or care, consider speaking with a trusted pastor, priest, minister, chaplain or mature Christian you know.

Professional support

Faith does not diagnose, treat or advise on mental health, medicine, law, finance or safety. Contact an appropriately qualified professional.

Immediate danger

Call your local emergency service now. In Australia, call 000. Lifeline provides 24/7 crisis support on 13 11 14.

If there may be immediate danger: stop using Faith and contact emergency help where you are. Do not wait for an app response or an email from support.
