Reflection allowance
What the 80 reflections mean.
The allowance applies to successful personalised reflections—not to every part of Faith.

How billing occurs
Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Stripe hosts checkout and the customer billing portal. Faith receives verified payment status—not your raw card number or card security code.

Pay securely
Stripe’s hosted checkout collects and processes the payment details. No plan activates merely because a browser returns from checkout.
Verify
Faith waits for a signed confirmation from Stripe before granting or updating membership access.
Manage
Return through Profile to the secure billing portal for supported membership and payment-detail changes.

Start in Profile.
Inside Faith, open Profile → Manage membership. From there, the secure customer portal provides the membership actions available for your account.
Renewals
Monthly and annual memberships are recurring subscriptions. Checkout and the Terms state the renewal amount, interval and any required notice before you confirm.
Cancellation
Cancel through the secure billing portal to stop your next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends.

Membership questions
The details people should not have to guess.
Does annual membership include all 960 reflections immediately?
No. Annual membership is one yearly payment, while the included allowance is 80 reflections renewed each month.
Do my unused reflections roll over?
Unused included membership reflections do not accumulate beyond their monthly window. Purchased reflections are tracked separately and carry forward until used.
Do Bible reading and Worship use reflections?
No. Reading the Bible and browsing Faith Worship 200 do not use any of your reflection allowance.
Can I purchase a top-up without membership?
A top-up adds five reflections to an eligible Faith account. Faith confirms availability and any membership requirement before payment.
Where are my card details stored?
Stripe hosts the payment form and handles card data. Faith does not receive or store your raw card number or card security code.
How do I ask about a charge?
Use the secure billing portal from Profile first. If you still need help, contact support@faithscripture.app with the date and amount—but never include a full card number or sign-in code.
