Guidance for every screen

Faith, step by step.

Start your first reflection, save Faith to your device, find your way around every feature, understand your membership and get help when something does not feel right.

Getting started

Your first few minutes with Faith.

Faith is for adults aged 18 and over. Sign in securely, review Faith’s purpose and privacy choices, complete your profile, then choose a membership.

  1. Open Faith

Choose Open Faith on this website. Use Faith in the browser immediately or save the icon to your device later.

  2. Sign in by email

Enter your email address and request a one-time code. Open the email, return to Faith and enter the code exactly as received. Faith does not use an account password.

  3. Read and accept the introduction

Choose your language, review Faith’s intentionally Christian purpose and boundaries, confirm you are 18 or over, and make your consent choices.

  4. Set up your profile

Add the name you want Faith to use and select how familiar you are with Scripture so explanations can meet you at an appropriate depth.

  5. Choose a membership

Compare monthly and annual access. Secure checkout opens with Stripe; Faith does not receive your raw card number or security code.

  6. Start your first reflection

In Reflect, type or speak what is on your heart, then choose Reflect with Scripture. Read each labelled section and save only if you want it in Journey.

A gentle reminder: share only what you are comfortable sharing. Do not enter passwords, sign-in codes, card details or another person’s identifying information into a reflection.

Save Faith to your device

Use Faith like an app—without waiting for an app store.

Installing the web app adds a Faith icon and may open it in its own window. The icon is added only to the device you approve. Internet is still required for sign-in, reflections and billing.

Open the Faith application first. Use this website’s Open Faith button, remain on the application screen, and only then follow the steps below. Installing while you are on this Help page could save the marketing website instead of the Faith application.

iPhone · Safari

  1. Open the Faith application in Safari and remain on that screen.
  2. Tap More, then Share. Depending on your tab layout, Share may already be visible.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, choose Edit Actions and add it.
  4. Turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.

If your menus look different: browser labels can change with operating-system updates. Bookmark Faith as a fallback, or return to this Help centre from the website.

Remove the saved app or icon

Use the device’s normal remove or uninstall action for the Faith icon, or manage it from Chrome’s or Edge’s apps page. Removing an icon does not close your Faith account, cancel membership or remove saved information.

Updates and offline use

Faith loads the current web experience when you open it online, so there is no manual app update to download. Some previously opened content may appear offline, but internet is required for sign-in, new reflections, account changes and billing.

User guide

Find your way around Faith.

Five main areas sit in Faith’s navigation: Reflect, Journey, Bible, Worship and Profile.

Reflect

Choose Reflect when you want to bring a feeling, prayer or Scripture question. Enter up to 1,250 characters, then choose Reflect with Scripture. The words you submit are securely sent to Faith’s AI provider for that request. A successfully returned result uses one reflection from your allowance.

  • Read the opening summary of what Faith heard in your words.
  • Move through several verified Bible passages.
  • Open deeper context when you want to see more around a passage.
  • Consider the broadly Christian perspective and three reflection questions.
  • Add an optional private response—which is not sent to AI—and choose Save to Journey.
  • Review the three human-curated worship suggestions.

If Faith cannot safely complete a reflection, that reflection is returned to your balance. If the safety path identifies possible immediate danger, Faith shows urgent-support information and uses no reflection.

Voice privacy: Your browser, operating system or speech service may process audio under its own privacy terms. The resulting words become ordinary Reflect text and are sent to Faith’s AI provider only when you request the reflection. Read the Privacy Policy for details. Faith does not store a voice recording.

Journey

Journey contains the reflections you explicitly save in that browser on that device. Open an entry there to read it again, continue or edit your private response, and review its worship suggestions. Journey does not currently follow your account to another browser or device.

Deleting a Journey entry is permanent and does not return the reflection used to create it. Faith asks you to confirm first. Clearing Faith’s browser data may also remove saved Journey entries.

Bible

Choose Bible to read the complete 66-book World English Bible. Select a book and chapter, move to the previous or next chapter, and revisit recent recommendations. Bible reading is served directly by Faith and does not use one of your reflections.

Worship

Worship begins with three songs suggested for your latest reflection. Below that, search or filter Faith Worship 200. The catalogue is human-curated and browsing it uses no reflection allowance.

Faith provides song metadata and safe ways to search externally. It does not host or store lyrics, audio, artwork or music playback.

Profile

Turning AI processing off stops new AI reflections. You can still read the Bible and access your saved Journey entries. It does not cancel your membership.

Profile is where you update your name, language and Scripture familiarity; review your membership and reflection balance; buy an additional pack; manage billing; review the active account session; and save Faith to the device.

One active session: you may keep bookmarks or installed icons on any number of your devices, but only the most recently verified account session remains active. Signing in on another device signs out the previous session.

Sign-in help

Email code, no password to remember.

Faith sends a time-limited, one-time code to the email address you enter. The sign-in screen guides you through the exact code length and expiry.

The email has not arrived

Check the address for typing errors, wait a moment, then check spam or junk. Request a new code only after the resend option becomes available; the newest code may replace the earlier one.

The code does not work

Use the latest code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces. If it has expired, request another. Never send a code to support.

I was signed out

A verified sign-in on another device transfers the one active session. Sign in again on the device you want to use now.

Billing help

Know what renews—and what does not.

Membership is recurring; an additional five-reflection pack is a one-time purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable tax. Checkout shows the total before payment.

Faith membership and billing summary
Monthly membershipA$19.99 each month, with 80 included reflections renewed monthly.
Annual membershipA$199.99 each year. It still provides 80 included reflections each month; it does not release 960 at once.
Five-reflection top-upA$2.99 as a one-time purchase. Included reflections are used first; purchased reflections are tracked separately under Faith’s membership terms.
Secure checkoutPayment and card entry take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Faith does not receive or store your raw card number or card security code.

Troubleshooting

Try these safe first steps.

Do not clear browser data as a first step. Confirm that any information you need has been preserved before removing local website data.

Faith will not open

  • Confirm the device is online.
  • Open the website in the latest supported Safari, Chrome or Edge.
  • Try the browser page rather than the saved icon.
  • Turn off a content blocker for Faith temporarily and reload.

A reflection will not complete

  • Confirm you are signed in and have an active membership.
  • Check the reflection balance in Profile.
  • Keep the page open and retry once after connectivity returns.
  • Do not repeatedly submit the same entry; contact support if a reflection appears missing.

Voice input is unavailable

  • Allow microphone access when the browser asks.
  • Check system microphone permissions for the browser.
  • Use the device keyboard’s dictation control instead.
  • Type the entry if the microphone still does not respond.

The saved icon is missing

  • Search the device for Faith.
  • Repeat the save/install steps for that exact device.
  • Remember that adding Faith on one device does not add it to another.
  • Bookmark the website if installation is unavailable.

More answers

Account, privacy and access questions.

What happens when my reflection balance reaches zero?

You can continue reading the Bible, browsing Worship and revisiting Journey. To request another new reflection, wait for the next monthly renewal of included reflections or purchase the approved five-reflection pack from Profile.

How do I sign out or move to another device?

Use Sign out in Profile when you are finished. To move, open Faith on the other device and complete email verification; the new verified sign-in becomes your one active session.

Will Journey follow me to another device?

No. In this release, Journey entries stay in the browser on the device where you save them. Signing in elsewhere does not bring those entries across, and clearing Faith’s browser data may remove them.

What if I can no longer access my sign-in email?

Do not create repeated accounts to work around the issue. Contact Faith support from an address you can access. Support will explain the available verification path but will never ask for an email code or full payment details.

How do I turn off microphone access?

Open the browser or device site-permission settings for Faith and change Microphone to Block or Ask. You can still type or use the keyboard’s own dictation tools, depending on the device.

What happens when I follow a worship search link?

You leave Faith and enter another service or search provider. That service’s own privacy, account and content terms apply. Faith does not host the song, audio, lyrics or artwork.

Can I get accessibility help?

Yes. Tell support which device, browser and assistive technology you use, what you were trying to do and where the barrier occurred. Do not include private reflection text in the report.

Where do I update payment details or ask about a failed charge?

Open Profile → Manage membership to use the secure Stripe-hosted billing portal. If the portal does not resolve the issue, contact Faith support with the charge date and amount—but never a full card number.

Contact support

Tell us the steps—not the private story.

Include your device, operating system, browser, the Faith screen, what you selected, what happened and what you expected. Remove private reflection text from screenshots.
